Our goal is to ensure a seamless experience, providing you with state-approved courses that meet you state’s licensing board CE requirements. What Qualifies as a Refund Event
In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve your issue, we offer a 100% refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Request it within 30 days of course purchase.
- Have not completed the course or received a certificate of completion.
What Does Not Qualify for a Refund
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You have completed the course and earned a certificate.
- The course has expired.
- You experience an unsuccessful license renewal unrelated to the course.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and will be issued to the original payment method.
